Nairobi – The President of Girls’s World Banking, Mary Ellen Iskenderian on Monday stated that financial empowerment of low-income African ladies is being hindered by their lack of financial institution accounts.

Talking through the Africa Advisory Council press briefing at a Nairobi lodge, Iskenderian famous that solely 20 % of girls in Africa have financial institution accounts and this continues to hinder their progress.
